LYSA NOW OFFERS AN ACADEMY PROGRAM

LYSA is now offering an Academy program for players U9-U10!

The general ideology and focus of all Academy divisions (in any club) is to focus on player development.

Our Academy program will aim to help establish a strong foundation in fundamentals, technique, and teamwork all while allowing the kids to have fun and grow their passion!

The program will be looking for players/families who are passionate about the sport, committed to team/club, and looking to excel into new levels.

The Academy “festival” game format will require our Lockhart teams to travel out of town to play the games. Two, possibly three games will be played at each Saturday festival.

Our academy program/division will be overseen by experienced volunteer coaches with a vast soccer knowledge who love teaching the game to our community's youth in a positive manner!

Academy is still recreational soccer, so no try-outs are needed. What IS needed is commitment from both players and parents and love for the game.

The fee for the fall Academy season is $125. You cannot play on both an Academy team and a regular rec team at the same time.
